ABOUT US
The story is of a modern-day fairy tale, with the population size of South Florida, Rob and Charlene were actually born in the same hospital, grew up in the same neighborhood, attended the same pre-school, elementary, middle, and high school. They were friends and never dated. After high school Rob went on to the fire academy, becoming a Firefighter with Miami-Dade Fire Rescue, and Charlene attended Florida A&M University, where she became a pharmacist. They both got married and had children of their own. Faith has a funny way of bringing two people together, years later they reconnected and that was all she wrote, becoming the best of friends and lovers. Married in July of 2022, their union was solidified.
Embarking on this new journey together, they set out to achieve what their hearts desired. They always say, “Things can happen twice as fast when you have two people together with the same goal in mind.” Rob and Charlene always shared a niche for discussing issues in regards to relationships in today’s society, this is where the podcast “Loyalty Ova Love” was born, discussing issues in relationships and how to work through them, the platform provides a non-bias approach with a male and female perspective.
Kicking it up a notch, they developed The Hodges Elite Coaching Academy to help couples and single men work through the rough patches in their relationships by identifying underline issues and creating positive daily habits, with the goal of ultimately bringing couples closer together and helping men become the best version of themselves.

A native to Miami, Fl Robert Hodges or Rob which he goes by, comes from a diverse back-round by his grandparents migrating from Honduras and Jamacia in the late 60’s. He’s the eldest of 3, followed by a sister and a brother, and between that and being raised in a two-parent household, the family dynamic has always been high priority for Rob.
In his early childhood and adolescent years Rob was always considered a “class clown”, which he wore as a badge of honor. It wasn’t until high school when he buckled down and started to take school and life more seriously.
There was always a love for the athletics so it was only natural he quickly joined the basketball and later the football team. Rob also ran track, and was a member of the chess team, bible club, and FBLA.
After graduating, instead of going off to college he enrolled in the fire academy, and 2 years later was hired by Miami-Dade Fire Rescue, where he served his community for the next 18 years, during that time also becoming a licensed Realtor, but God has a funny way of causing a shift when its time.
Enter chapter 2, within the last few years Rob has married his best friend Charlene, traveled to multiple countries, and has now taken the full leap of faith into relationship and personal development through coaching and the podcast he shares with his wife, Loyalty ova Love.
“ It’s my belief that family is the foundation of our society”, and with that being said, it’s our mission to leave an impact from our experience and through our coaching for everyone with similar beliefs.

CHARLENE HODGES
Charlene is a native of Miami, Florida. She’s the younger of two sisters, and was instilled by her parents as a child to dream big and always chase her goals, which she certainly did!
Charlene was an honor student through-out grade school, always receiving high marks and accolades. As her educational journey continued, she ultimately ended up attending college at Florida A&M University, where she graduated as Cum Laude with a doctoral degree in Pharmacy. While practicing pharmacy for (14) years, she knew there was more to life and her heart desired to strive for greatness.
As a mother of two having a passion for helping others, inspiring people, and staying physically fit, this is where the next chapter of her life was going to begin.
When Rob came back into her life (her now husband) everything changed, together they have motivated and inspired each other to be the best version of themselves and to take a chance on life and become fearless.
